24 papers of leading researchers and managerial experts of Vietnam such as Prof. Vu Khieu, Prof. Pham Minh Hac, Prof. Nguyen Duy Quy focused on two main themes:

1. Studying and developing human in the period of the industrialization and modernization of the country: challenges for human development in the period of the industrialization and modernization of the country; studying values and Vietnamese personality in human resource at the enterprise level; studying talents to contribute to discovering, training, and utilizing effectively human talent; studying intelligent model, working skills, communicating culture, leadership culture, management culture; analyzing human development perspective of UNDP, components of human development index (HDI), sustainable human development; evaluating human development of Vietnam from 1990-2008; proposing policies, solutions for human development in the process of Doimoi and integration.
